Over the next while, we will send you bits and pieces of information, meaning you are kept in the loop, but you also get to keep that sense of excitement topped up before the big day. | Book online (or get a quotation from our adventure specialist if you need to make some changes), pay and keep refreshing that inbox, with holiday excitement, to see your receipt. |
| One week after booking |
| Give or take, as we fine tune everything with our partners in your chosen destination. Then you receive your holiday summary, with hotel details, transfer information and so on, to check through. Now you can book that flight or train, and much deserved time OOO. |
| 42 days before travel |
| If you haven’t done it already, we send you a reminder to pay the balance of your tour price. It’s that time, but we’re sure it will be worth it. |
| 30 days before travel |
| Could be sooner, but around 30 days before you take off, we send another important email, with all your pre-departure details: packing lists to detailed tour notes, maps and app details, as well as emergency contact details in your chosen destination. |
| 14 days before travel |
| One more email to remind you to review your booking and provide any outstanding details, from arrival times for transfers, height for bike rental and contact information. Time to think about packing for your hiking or cycling holiday. |
| Day before travel |
| Make sure you have saved the contact details of our representative on the ground to your phone, that you have a battery pack for your device and downloaded the apps and maps. And, if you can, take some time to wind down, to ensure that the buzz of booking stays with you until you hit the trails. |
