Overview
An eight day, small group holiday on the Albanian coast, sauntering and swimming in Llogara National Park, in the shadow of the Ceraunian Mountains. Walk along trails that cling to the coast and stroll through traditional villages along ancient shepherds’ paths. There are days when you can push yourself up to the likes of Llogara Pass (1,043m) or Dhjopuri Saddle (1,600m) just beneath Qorre (2,018m). Stay in hotels with en suite bathrooms, including five nights in Himarë, one night in Llogara and one night in Tirana, with transfers to the trailheads included.

Continue on to Old Qeparo on the hilltop, where lunch is served in a local taverna. In the afternoon, descend towards Borsh via a shepherd’s path or, depending on conditions, directly towards Qeparo Beach. Continue on a rural road into Himarë’s Old Town before following a cobbled path toward the shoreline. The final section continues along a coastal trail passing several small coves before returning to the accommodation.
Depending on conditions, the guide may choose an alternative, longer route which begins in Lukova and continues onto Piqeras.
