People are as important as places for us when it comes to natural adventures, which is why supporting local communities is not just an addendum to our walking and cycling tours, it is central to them.
Donate to support Ukraine
Up until February 2022, we gave our guests an opportunity to donate to a variety of local communities through a chosen charity that focused on social enterprises, education, conservation and conflict mitigation. After Russia invaded Ukraine, however, we decided to redirect all donations to support our friends in need during these horrific times. We shall continue to direct funds for as long as we need to, standing in solidarity with Ukrainian communities.
Uniters – supporting Ukraine since 2014
Our chosen charity for this purpose is Uniters, a charity based in Warsaw that has been supporting Ukrainian veterans, emergency services and victims of Russia’s aggression in Ukraine since 2014. Since February 24, 2022, they have worked in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, paramedics, the army, and fighting civilians to respond quickly to their needs.
