Step by step guide to making a payment
We appreciate that paying for a walking or cycling holiday is a substantial investment for most people. We may be experts in slow travel, but we do our best to make this stage of your holiday planning as quick and painless as possible. While also giving you the opportunity to pay a deposit, and budget towards the balance, if you book well enough in advance.
- Book through the chosen holiday page
If you are ready to go, just go straight to the Book now section of your chosen holiday page and it will take you to our payment page.
- Get your booking ID
You are then sent a nine digit booking ID which you need for any future transactions or enquiries. Especially if you have any last minute enquiries with our adventure specialists before pressing pay.
- Insert a loyalty discount code
Don’t forget to add the discount code for 5% off your adventure tour price, if you’ve booked with us before. We will have sent it in an email after your last trip.
- Pay a deposit or full amount
Once you have paid a deposit (usually 20%) or full amount, this acts as a provisional booking. We then liaise with our partners in your chosen destination to confirm availability and process your booking request fully. If for any reason there is an issue with confirming the booking, your payment is fully and immediately refundable.
- Pick a card
Our preferred payment method is by debit or credit card. Whether you choose to book through our holiday page, or using the secure link below, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments from customers worldwide, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Pay via Bank Transfer or Wise
You can pay securely via Wise.com (FCA regulated) or by regular bank transfer.
